Call your favorite bridal shop and book your appointment in advance to ensure a wonderful shopping experience!

Take only your most trusted people - honest opinions are a MUST, although they still need to respect YOUR final decision. 

If you intend on changing your weight drastically, hold off on shopping until you are closer to your goal. This may mean having limited ordering options but will save you in alterations or purchasing a dress that doesn't suit your future shape, or in some cases, a dress that's beyond resizing.

Be wary of stylists who quote alterations without an actual seamstress present. Resizing, customizations and design changes can be costly and can drastically change the original design. It's OKAY to keep shopping!!

Off the rack purchases can save you money, be sure to keep repair and cleaning costs in mind for badly damaged sample gowns.

Stay within your budget and look at the price tag prior to trying on ANYTHING in order to avoid falling in love with a dress that's simply out of reach. 

Take your time, enjoy the process and have fun choosing! 

Fitting appointments don't have to be frustrating or scary! It's all about you and making sure your dream dress is everything you want it to be!

Feel free to bring 1-2 of your most trusted people (sorry no children) to your fittings. We have comfortable seating available for your guests to cheer you on from. 

Bring any shapewear or foundations that you plan to wear with your dress, along with the shoes you will wear for celebrating the day! (If you don't have the foundations you need, no worries. I have several styles of sew in and custom bra cups available, as well as the ever-popular Boombas inserts and body tape!)

Enjoy a private dressing area to change into your dress. You will find our fitting area to be a comfortable space designed just for YOU!

Allow 45-60 minutes for your bridal consultation appointment time to properly assess your dress and make sure all your questions are answered.
